Residential Family Treatment Center

We provide excellence in treatment, support, structure, and holistic care to our residents as they face the challenges of transforming their lives. Our long-term care ranges from 4-12 months based on individual needs. Treatment is intentionally intensive, roughly 40 hours per week, to support the alteration of maladaptive behavioral patterns. Our program is not a quick fix for getting sober, instead it offers the tools to live a life of recovery.

We offer Medication Assisted Treatment(MAT) for those with an Opioid addiction and Pharmacological management to support mental health needs.

Participants at the Family Treatment Center receive about 40 hours of recovery and wellness classes, support group and individual therapy in addition to parenting classes, each week. Mothers and children have the opportunity to reconnect with essential bonding, mother/child therapy, and parental support and intervention.

Lotus Learning Center

Fields of Hope recognizes that addiction impacts the whole family, especially the children. Our program places an emphasis on healing the family while the woman is in treatment; however, a special focus is placed on the children as a step toward breaking the intergenerational cycle of addiction. The trauma experienced by children with a substance abusing parent lead to them being at greater risk of harm, out of home placement, and increased academic challenges.

Our children’s treatment team in the Lotus Learning Center (LLC) includes trauma-informed professionals trained in developmentally appropriate practices promoting safety, attachment, practical life skills, and a foundation for future growth and development for our families. The treatment implemented is family focused to reduce the impact of substance use on infants/children to improve parenting skills, family functioning, and overall quality of life. We utilize a Family Centered Care approach to best identify and meet the presenting behavioral and physical health needs of pregnant and postpartum women, their children, and involved support systems.

Much like their mothers, children are on a daily routine of learning, connection, and exploration. Children receive daily interventions from trained and licensed providers via groups and individual work. Evidenced-Based Models utilized in child treatment throughout each day include but are not limited to:

  • Circle of Security
  • TBRI
  • TF-CBT
  • Strengths-Based model(s)
  • Infant massage
  • Parent-Child Bonding
  • Family Systems Model
  • ROAR
  • Milestone mapping
