Frank Alberson

Executive Director

Frank is a graduate of Anderson University. Frank began volunteering at White Fields before becoming the Co-Director in 2009, and Executive Director in 2011. Prior to White Fields, Frank mentored children of prisoners as the Recruiting Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Oklahoma City. He also worked at the Oklahoma County Jail, Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention Center and the Oklahoma County Probation Office. Frank is also a former business owner. His favorite part of the job is working with the kids. He and his wife Tatum have three children: Rayven, Ava and Manning Thomas.

Quentin Foutch

Maintenance Specialist

Quentin is a graduate of Oklahoma City University. Quentin provided contract maintenance work in 2006 before joining the White Fields’ team full time in 2008. Prior to White Fields, Quentin worked as the Assistant Center Standards Officer for Guthrie Job Corps. Quentin lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and their two dogs.

Carly Johnson

Director of Development

Carly joined the White Fields’ team in 2016. Prior to White Fields, she worked for the United Way of Central Oklahoma where she managed the Combined Federal Campaign. She is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Carly is married and lives with her husband in Midwest City.

Terrie Nero

Certified Dietary Specialist

Terrie Nero joined the White Fields family in 2008, as the first Certified Dietary specialist for the facility. Her background has been in long term care since 1999. She obtained her license from Francis Tuttle in the Dietary Industry. She has been married to Anthony for 20 years; has two daughters and one grandson. She enjoys cooking and plays a vital part in supplying our boys with nutrition.

Heather Puckett, LPC

Therapist

Heather Puckett, LPC, is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology, and a master’s degree in Community Counseling. She began working at White Fields in 2011 after gaining clinical experience at Crossroads Youth and Family Services in Norman, Oklahoma. She is an active community member who has done volunteer work with the Junior League of Norman, March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, and a local crisis hotline. She is the President of the Norman Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter. She and her husband, Adam, live in Oklahoma City.

Chris Sadler

Recreation Coordinator

Chris joined the White Fields team in 2012. His primary responsibility is organizing enrichment and recreational activities for our children. He is also the aquatics manager and CPR instructor for the organization. Prior to joining White Fields, he was in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. A native Oklahoman and sports enthusiast, Chris is married to Jennifer and has two daughters, Grace and Lynleigh.

Nikki Wiseman

CPA

Nikki is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  She has a background in Financial Services where she served as the CFO for a local credit union for many years.  She is married to the love of her life and together they have been blessed with three sons.  They live in the Edmond / Deer Creek area.  She considers herself very fortunate to be a part of the White Fields organization.

Matt Wiseman

Program Coordinator

Matt Wiseman joined the White Fields’ team in 2006. Before that he had over 10 years of experience working with youth in public schools and non-profit organizations. Matt received his Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology from Southern Nazarene University. He has volunteered as a basketball coach with Tulakes Elementary and served nearly one year as a volunteer construction worker in Kosovo. He is married to Crystal and has two daughters Aubrey and Hadley.

White Fields Youth Guidance Specialists

Our specialists provide structure, stability and support 24 hours a day for our children in the D Level of Care. They teach our residents basic living skills and equip them with the necessary tools to lead productive lives.

THE SCHERING FAMILY

House Parents

The Schering Family cares for children in our C level of care (C Cottage). Derek and Belen Schering met at Colorado Christian University in Denver, Colorado where they both studied youth ministry.  They have been married thirteen years and have three wonderful children, Nayelli, Aidan and Cade.  While working in the oil and gas industry out west they felt that God was calling them to work with youth and became full time houseparents in Birmingham, Alabama in 2009.  Having just relocated, Derek is excited to be in a town with an NBA franchise.  Belen appreciates the beauty of Oklahoma and both are excited about White Fields and the continuum of care model that is unique but effective.

Relief House Parents

Matt and Crystal Wiseman are relief house parents for the children in our C level of care (C Cottage) at White Fields. They have been involved with White Fields since its opening in 2006. They enjoy investing in the lives of our children and have two biological daughters.
